1/4	c	Water
1/2	c	Sugar
1	ts	PURE almond extract
1 1/2	c	Vodka

Heat and stir water and sugar in saucepan until sugar dissolves and forms a light syrup. Cool. Add to extract and vodka. Shake well. Mature a few days and it is ready to drink or to mix with creams. Makes 2 cups.
